Frequently asked questions
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely — most of our guests do. Small groups, shared dinners and doubles mean you'll know people by the end of day one.
What standard do I need to be?
Anywhere from improver to good club player. We ask about your game beforehand and group everyone by ability, so you're always playing with people at your level.
Are flights included?
Flights aren't in the price. Use our flight search to find good-value flights from your nearest airport, then book them directly — that keeps your trip flexible and often cheaper.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes — it's a condition of travelling. It should cover cancellation, medical cover and your belongings, including tennis equipment.
How does booking and payment work?
Send a booking request for your date — there's nothing to pay online. We confirm your place within 48 hours and tell you how to pay the deposit. The balance is due before departure (typically around eight weeks before); your confirmation shows the exact dates.
What's your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation charges increase closer to departure. Full terms are on our Booking terms page — and travel insurance is there to protect you.
Will I have to share a room?
No — travelling on your own, you book a single room (available on most trips). We don't pair up solo guests: if you'd like to share with a friend or partner, book together, choose a room for two and tell us twin beds or a double.
