  1. Tennis holiday bookings

  a. Booking confirmation

  A booking is confirmed once we issue a booking confirmation email. All bookings are made subject to these booking conditions. When making a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept, and do accept, these conditions on behalf of all members of your party.

  We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party take out adequate travel insurance for the duration of your holiday.

  b. Payment

  A non-refundable deposit is payable once we confirm your booking, by the date shown on your confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure, unless otherwise stated.

  c. Prices

  We reserve the right to alter holiday prices displayed on our website. You will be advised of the correct price before your booking is confirmed.

  d. Cancellations by you

  You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time. Written notification must be received from the person who made the booking.

  Cancellation charges are as follows — more than 8 weeks before departure: loss of deposit; less than 8 weeks before departure: 100% of the holiday cost.

  If the reason for cancellation is covered by your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

  Sharing a room: if one of the two people sharing cancels, the other pays the single room price, unless we can find them someone new to share with.

  e. Changes by you

  If you wish to change your booking (e.g. travel dates or accommodation), we will do our best to accommodate your request, although this may not always be possible.

  All requests must be made in writing by the lead booker. An administration fee of £20 per booking will apply, plus any additional costs incurred. Some arrangements may not be changeable, and changes may incur cancellation charges of up to 100% of the affected part of the booking.

  f. Transfers

  You may transfer your booking to another person who meets all conditions of the holiday, provided written notice is received at least 7 days prior to departure. Both you and the replacement traveller will be responsible for any costs incurred in making the transfer.

  g. Changes to party size

  If the number of people on a booking changes, the holiday price will be recalculated based on the revised group size. Any increase in price is not considered a cancellation charge.

  h. Cancellations by us

  We reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will not cancel within 4 weeks of departure except in the following circumstances: failure to pay the final balance; unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances; failure to reach the minimum number of participants.

  If we cancel your holiday, we will offer an alternative holiday of comparable standard at a later date.

  i. Right to refuse

  We reserve the right to refuse or remove any traveller whose health, behaviour, or actions, in our reasonable opinion, may negatively affect the operation of the trip or the enjoyment of other participants.

  j. Governing law

  These booking conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

  2. Limitation of liability, release & indemnity

  a. Assumption of risk

  By booking a Tennis Breaks holiday, travellers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with travel and sporting activities. Travellers assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, theft, damage, or death occurring during the trip.

  It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate insurance cover.

  b. Third-party suppliers

  Tennis Breaks Ltd is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers or third parties. Services provided by such suppliers are subject to the laws and conditions of the country in which they are provided.

  c. Release of liability

  In consideration of participation, travellers agree not to pursue claims against Tennis Breaks Ltd for any economic loss, injury, illness, emotional distress, disability, death, or property damage arising in connection with the trip, including where caused wholly or partly by negligence.

  d. Use of images

  Travellers agree that Tennis Breaks Ltd may use photographs or video recordings taken during the holiday for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation. Travellers assign all rights to such media to Tennis Breaks Ltd.

  e. Passport, visa & immigration

  It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure compliance with passport, visa, and immigration requirements. Tennis Breaks Ltd accepts no responsibility if travel is refused due to failure to meet such requirements.
